My name is Chiara and I am a fitness and lifestyle coach.
Making a career out of my strongest passions, I merged my enthusiasm about Fitness and Lifestyle Coaching in one profession.
Following years of experience at London’s top Fitness centres (Barrecore, Psycle London, Third Space London), I have now launched my own fitness class concept, TotalBody, infusing all aspects of my back ground.
My experience in multiple fitness environments and with a variety of personalities, allows me to identify what can work for my clients and help them achieving their personal goals.
I am an advocate of the believe that a healthy mind translate into a healthy body, and I am currently developing an online holistic programme to help women to achieve their happiest and most confident selves,The Mindful Body Project.

MY SIGNATURE CLASS: TOTALBODY
TotalBody is a head-to-toe workout to music. It is an intelligent mix of cardio and resistance training that will transform your body in a calorie-burning machine. Brief aerobic interval sets will keep your heart rate high throughout the class, even during the slower section of the workout. The toning section borrows moves from pilates and functional training to target a particular muscle group, sometimes with the aid of weights, resistance bands or gliders.
The aim of the session is to tone and sculpt your body, while having fun to the backdrops of some super beats.

Try the low-intensity sister, BarreBody. Hitting every single muscle of the body, the combination of isometric and eccentric contractions, alternated to yoga inspired moves will help you to achieve a long, lean and strong physique.
